Business conducted with clients outside of the USA

It all depends upon where the service is provided from.

This policy covers you providing the service you provide is delivered from the USA. So for instance if you are dealing with a client in another country but at all times you remained in the USA, (dealing with your client by email or phone) then that service is delivered from USA and this policy covers you for any valid claims that arise in USA in respect of that business or service provided.

If you visit another Country in the course of providing your service, and so provide your service from that country, then the policy would not provide cover against valid claims in these circumstances.
