Of all the documents that are materially important regarding insurance
perhaps the two most important are those that set out exactly what the
insurance is and to whom it applies: They are:
Delivery:
We do not mail by postal service these documents to you. They
are only available in electronic form. The Policy wording as a "pdf" file
- the Evidence as an "html" file. Both are easy to read and print in modern
browsers such as Internet Explorer, Firefox or Opera on PCs or Safari
on Macs. They are therefore quick and convenient to access and available
to print at any time to suit you.
The Policy wording:
This is a general document that sets out the entire terms and conditions
of the insurance coverage, but being general does not specify the person
covered or dates of coverage and other details that specify to whom and
when the Policy wording applies.
The Evidence:
This specifies to whom and when coverage of the Policy wording applies.
So, together, the two documents very specifically confirm and set out
the terms of the policy and who and when they apply as they relate to
the person being covered.
We use email extensively:
When an application is made the applicant must provide an email address.
We do our best to check that this is a valid address. Upon successful
application and issue an email is automatically sent by our system to
the email address provided to confirm coverage
Some servers block our mails:
One of the problems that we experience sometimes is that some servers
block our mails. It is therefore important that the email address from
which all mails are sent - which is query@insurance-coachfederation.com
is in your white list and not blocked by your spam filter - this is a
known issue with AOL. If our mails do not / have not arrived please double
check that our address and / or the domain insurance-coachfederation.com
in your white list of permitted domains.
Check that our emails arrive:
An easy way to check if mails are getting through from our system is to
send a completely blank mail - no subject no message to check@insurance-coachfederation.com
Our auto responder will immediately return a mail to you - when you receive
it you'll know our mails are getting through, if it does not arrive then
you may need to look at your spam filter. We provide documents in the
following manner:
Policy wording:
This is sent as an attachment in the confirming mail sent you you as a
part of the application process. To view and obtain the Policy wording
again: It is freely available from a link on Page 1 of the USA section
of the site. That link is: http://insurance-coachfederation.com/usa/BO142BO0700885-FINAL.pdf
Evidence:
Upon successful application the system takes the viewer to a
page that has a clear link to see a copy of the Evidence. It is generated
on screen and can be printed there and then. At any time during the policy
year the policy holder may view a copy of the evidence again. The link
to achieve this is: http://insurance-coachfederation.com/usa/clientAdmin/index.php
To view and print the Evidence again:
Just click on the link above - just enter your Evidence No - . Then go
to your email, select the mail we have sent - click on the link in that
mail and your Evidence will be opened. The Evidence is produced on screen
for you to print - we do not email the Evidence to you. Alternatively
- the same link is available on Page 1 of the site at: http://insurance-coachfederation.com/usa
